ARTICLE 1. AGREEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The customer acknowledges reading the specific terms and conditions of sale outlined on this screen the moment they place an order, and expressly declares to accept them unconditionally.
ARTICLE 2. PRODUCTS and PRICES
The majority of the products on offer are available. A more complete description can be sought by a telephone call to + 33 4 76 46 99 15. The prices are indicated in euros with all tax included but not including processing and delivery fees (see “Availability and Delivery”). All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.
SAS LORELI reserves the right to modify its prices at any moment, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the moment the order is accepted.
The products remain under the ownership of SAS LORELI until complete receipt of payment. No discount for early payment shall be granted.
ARTICLE 3. ORDERS
The automatic registration system is considered as evidence concerning the nature, content and date of the order. SAS LORELI confirms the acceptance of the order to the client with the e-mail address that they have provided.
The sale will not be concluded until the confirmation of the order by SAS LORELI. The purchaser is bound by the data provided when the order is placed. In case of an error in the wording of the delivery information, the seller cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the product.
ARTICLE 4 - MEANS OF PAYMENT
Orders must be paid online using a credit or debit card or via a Paypal account.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY/AVAILABILITY
The products are sent
Either by La Poste (tracked Colissimo with signature on receipt, tracked package)
Or by transporter
To the address indicated by the customer up to 7 to 15 days maximum from the validation of the order, unless a longer period of time is specifically indicated.
SAS LORELI cannot be held responsible for possible loss of an order while being dispatched to its destination address. The responsibility of SAS LORELI ceases as soon as the articles are handed to the carrier and the articles travel at the risk of the purchaser.
If recorded delivery is chosen by the customer, the loss of the package is therefore covered and its value will be reimbursed to the customer once the transporter has declared it as lost indefinitely.
If the transporter needs to make an appointment for delivery, the transporter will contact the customer as soon as possible to arrange a delivery appointment.
• Shipping costs:
The product prices indicated on the site do not include delivery fees. Shipping costs are calculated and appear on the purchase order depending on the destination country.
For deliveries outside the European Union, possible taxes (local VAT, customs or import taxes) may be charged upon the arrival of the package to its destination and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Availability:
In case of non-availability or non-delivery of the product after the order has been placed, the purchaser will be informed by email or telephone of the articles that are out of stock. The purchaser will then be able to request cancellation or exchange of their order.
ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
Pursuant to article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer is entitled to a withdrawal period of forty days starting from the delivery of the products ordered.
If the customer uses this right to withdraw, the products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition (as-new and fit for resale), accompanied by all accessories and possible manuals as well as the return slip, duly filled out.
In the framework of this right to withdraw, the products returned must have been subject to minimal use; this means they have been used for a few minutes and must not show any signs of use. Personalised items cannot be subject to withdrawal, unless the articles received are non-compliant.
Returned articles that are incomplete, spoilt, damaged, used or tarnished cannot be taken back.
Return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Reimbursement is payable within a maximum of thirty days from receiving the returned article(s) via the same means of payment that was used for the order.
The charges and risks linked to re-shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
ARTICLE 7 - DAMAGES
Any resolution of disputes can be done via our customer service and, failing an amicable settlement, the competent court is the commercial court of Avignon.
ARTICLE 8 DATA PROTECTION
Within the framework of Law No 78-17 of 6th January 1978 pertaining to information technology, files and personal freedom, the purchaser has a right to access and rectify data concerning them.
