Organic Lemon Balm Syrup
This lemon balm syrup is produced at the end of spring.
As a cordial, it makes for a refreshing and calming drink. It goes well added to herbal teas.
Perfect as a glaze for veal sweetbreads or turkey cutlets, it also works well in tomato purée.
An organic product sold in a 25 cl bottle, this syrup is made in Leynhac in the Châtaigneraie region.
