Inspired by dulce de leche from South America, a continent that the chef is particularly fond of, this product requires only a few ingredients (organic milk from the Maison Rouge cooperative in Vitrac in the Cantal department and some sugar) and a great amount of skill.
A perfect accompaniment to waffles, crêpes or alfajores (treats popular in Andalusia and Latin countries), they make any event a celebration.
