Produced in the Rance Valley at a medium altitude in the Cantal region, this honey is harvested in July by Joël Tardieu. It is very yellow and rich in flavour.

Chef’s advice

Ideal for baking, for making a blancmange with notes of kaffir lime and tonka beans, gingerbread, or mirabelles, plums and peaches in syrup.
