Ecuadorian Coffee – “Grand cru” | Manabi
Our “grand cru” Manabi is a product of the region of the same name to the west of Quito on the Pacific coast.
Cultivated at an altitude between 200 and 500 metres, this 100 % Arabica coffee is characterised by beautiful aromas of red fruits and panela. It is blessed with a pleasant, light acidity and a remarkably long finish on the palate.
These flavours work just as well in the cup as in dishes.
Product imported into Europe exclusively by the Auberge de la Tour.
This coffee derives from sustainable agriculture, and 15 % of the revenue from the Minerva brand goes towards girls’ education in Ecuador.
Available in 300 g (beans) and 340 g (ground) packets.
