Organic Ground Ivy Preserve
This plant somewhat resembles standard, climbing ivy. However, while this plant spreads horizontally and then throws vertical shoots, it does not climb up surfaces.
With a fresh, woody and minty taste, it has a rosemary after taste.
It goes well with fromage blanc or as an accompaniment to grilled meat.
It works wonders in a vinaigrette or as a seasoning for a tabbouleh.
An organic product sold in a 250 g pot, this preserve is made in Leynhac in the Châtaigneraie region.
