The taste of the chestnut flower preserve resembles that of honey, however it is composed simply of chestnut flower catkins. Sweet, floral and with a lingering after-taste, it is sure to surprise you!
Chef’s advice
You can use this product as an accompaniment to pumpkin or butternut squash, and it’s also great for glazing over apple tarts.
An organic product sold in a 250 g pot, this preserve is made in Leynhac in the Châtaigneraie region.
