Organic Elderflower Preserve
The elder plant blossoms around the end of June and throughout July.
This product has hints of lemon and a very floral flavour. With a long finish on the palate, this product is the result of infusion and maceration.
Elderflower also has anti-inflammatory properties.
A perfect accompaniment to doughnuts or vegetable tempura.
Also goes well with navarin of lamb and chicken stir-fry.
An organic product sold in a 250 g pot, this preserve is made in Leynhac in the Châtaigneraie region.
